Evans Landscaping: More Than A Job

Here at Evans Landscaping, we offer much more than just another “job.” When you start working at Evans, you’re starting a career where you can work your way up to the position of your dreams. Evans always prefers to promote from within, and if you put in the hard work, the opportunities here are endless. To this day, many of our managers and those in leadership positions started out as laborers. Take Zachary Peterson, our General Counsel and CFO – when he first started, he worked as a landscaping laborer in the summers during college earning only about $8 per hour. (See Page 10)

We know that starting a career can be stressful, which is why we support you outside of work, whether it is raising a family or purchasing a home. Our insurance and benefits are some of the best in the industry, including single and family health insurance, life insurance, and 401k with an employer match. We proudly care for our employees because we know how valuable they are to our continued success. If you are interested in a career in landscaping, trucking, real estate development/management, equipment operation, gravel mining, or in any of our other businesses you can contact us through our website.
