Landscaping Crew Leader
Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
- Full Time or Part Time available
- Ability to run and perform Landscaping Projects (Landscape Cleanups and Mulch, Landscaping Installation with Plant Material, Retaining Walls, Paver Patios, Grading, Seeding, Sodding, Mortared Stone Work).
- Ability to manage a 2-3 person crew.
- Operates bobcat, mini-excavator, dingos.
- Ability to read and understand general Landscape Plan.
- Understands Grade and Instruments for measuring Grade (Laser Level, Compu Level).
- Ensure internal and external customers are served professionally by providing timely and responsive customer service.
- Interacts professionally with customers and co-workers.
- Complete and submit all associated paperwork as required per job duties.
- Other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Must have an acceptable background check (including valid driver’s license).
- Must pass pre-employment drug testing.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the job (prolonged physical exertions, including sitting, standing, reaching, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing).
- Minimum of 1-year experience of being a Crew Leader.
- Must be dependable, a self-starter, and able to identify and perform daily operational requirements.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and /or holidays.
- Ability to work in conditions with exposure to weather elements.


Truck & Equipment Mechanic / Lubetech
Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
- Ability to work and perform all forms of mechanical duties on trucks and/or equipment
- Ability to read and understand wiring schematics
- Ability to use a computer to perform diagnostics on trucks and/or equipment
- Ensure internal and external customers are served professionally by providing timely and responsive customer service.
- Interacts professionally with customers and co-workers.
- Complete and submit all associated paperwork as required per job duties.
- Other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Must have an acceptable background check (including valid driver’s license).
- Must pass pre-employment drug testing.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the job (prolonged physical exertions, including sitting, standing, reaching, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing).
- Must have own tools and toolbox
- CDL preferred but not mandatory

Truck Driver
Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conducts and reports pre-trip and post-trip inspections noting and explaining defects or deficiencies to supervision
- Identifies need for repairs and/or maintenance to vehicles and is accountable for ensuring the maintenance or repairs are accomplished with minimum disruption to the operation
- Operates a variety of equipment.
- Safely deliver mulch, topsoil, dirt, stone, pallet products, demolition debris, and land clearing debris, to residential/ commercial customers, and operate in landfills.
- Inspects and performs general preventative maintenance activities, repairs, and cleaning of the truck cab. All equipment should be ready for use and in good condition at all times
- Ensure internal and external customers are served professionally by providing timely and responsive customer service
- Interacts professionally with customers and co-workers
- Complete and submit all associated paperwork as required per D.O.T Regulations
- Newer Peterbilt Fleet
- Other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Must have an acceptable background check
- Must pass pre-employment MVR Check and drug testing
- Must meet D.O.T. Requirements to operate a CMV
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the job (prolonged physical exertions, including sitting, standing, reaching, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing).
- Minimum of 1-year experience preferred but not required driving similar trucks.
- Must be dependable, a self-starter, and able to identify and perform daily operation requirements
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to work in conditions with exposure to weather elements

Customer Service & Sales Administrator
Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide customer service over the phone by taking and processing orders, providing product information, calculating the quantity of materials needed, and handling customer questions and complaints
- Ability to handle/transfer incoming phones calls to the appropriate departments and/or employees
- Assist in filing completed customer invoices, tax-exempt certificates, truck logs, etc.
- Ability to use POS Software to look up customer information, add/edit customer data, process A/R payments, answer customer questions regarding their account
- Process month-end statements
- Assist managers of various departments with special tasks and run errands, as needed
Requirements:
- Customer service experience and strong communication skills
- Ability to work as a member of a team and collaborate to schedule deliveries and solve customer issues
- Ability to provide product information, link products, and upsell
- Ability to adapt, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work extended hours in the Spring/Summer months and occasional weekends
- Ability to learn new computer software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Overtime required during the Spring/Summer months
- Occasional weekends, as needed
